Listen, are you breathing just a little and calling it a life?
Mary Oliver
Whether clients are experiencing challenging life transitions, relationship distress, or uncomfortable emotions, I see the process of therapy as a way to gain insight, support, and ultimate healing on this journey. My style is collaborative and gentle, with the hope of helping clients explore their own unique stories. I believe that when we are able to reflect on who we are and where we've been, our roots get stronger, allowing new growth and change to occur.
Some of my areas of specialty are:
-Anxiety and depression
-Chronic illness and pain
-Grief and loss
-Complex trauma
-LGBT issues
-Substance use and addiction
-Relationship issues
-Life transitions
